Are you presently marketing your unit on your own? Which website are you using? Real Estate Agents will be able to assist you to advertise on PropertyGuru, a number of other websites and also through our networks. When marketing a unit for sale, there is a need to invest in advertisements. If you were to engage a real estate agent, advertisement cost will be borne by us.

In ERA, we also do co-broking with other agents. You may want to consider engaging an agent to assist you.

Hi,

I can understand your concerns, but the typical marketing process will take about 3-6 months given the current market dynamics. It could be due to a few reasons, location, asking price or not enough marketing activity generated by your representative. Are you getting regular feedback from your agent or agents? If you are working with a few agents as a open listing, it is unlikely you get a lot of commitment as neither seller nor agent are committed to the sale process. It is advised you work with an exclusive agent who can demonstrate a detailed marketing plan with a regular feedback process, so you can narrow down the reasons on why it is not selling and adjust accordingly.

The resale market slightly on the quiet side, thus from marketing to completion of the transfer will generally take longer then before. Be prepared to wait 3 months or more to get a good offer.

Dear owner,

Before even answering your questions, I believe it would be better to know more about your unit available. I am sure we are all aware that market is slightly on the soft side but the lack of viewership could point to another issue because there are still buyers out there viewing weekly. My team of resale HDB consultants have been busy out there viewings even on weekdays therefore without knowing the finer details, it is difficult to pin point what is the issue for your case.
