what is the MSR for buying resale EC?

Good morning buyer,
For mortgage calculation of resale EC purchase, banks will use total debt servicing ratio to generate how much loan can you obtain.
Your debt calculation must not exceed 60% of your income. This will includes all your credit card bills, car loan, this mortgage etc.

As per your request for max 80% bank loan of $680k, it will be $2527 based on current 2% interest rate. Usually banks will advise you based on 3.5% interest rate then it will be $3053.
Perhaps you can share more details with me so I will be in a better position to advise you on your loan affordability.

MSR is not applicable to resale EC, instead, TDSR is used. It'd be most advisable you speak to a reliable banker and work out the finances for you. I would be able to recommend you a banker if you need. Most importantly, I am just a call away if you need help in purchasing the resale EC! :)
