What is the market rental of a common room at Toa Payoh? Do I need to pay commission fee to rent out the room?

the Rental depending on the location, full/partial furnish and with/without air-con this are the basic that determine the price.

As for the commission it depend if you have engage an Agent to market the room for you apart from that he will also manage all the paper work for you.

I have rented out a common room at Blk 37, fully furnished without air-con at $650. It would realyy depends on your unit's location and condition of your unit.
