I am assuming that your terrace house for rental is in good conditions for corporate clients. My fellow professional, Joel has mentioned that should your unit be at Oasis @ Mulberry would probably fetch you estimated $7k range. There are a few units at the other end of Macpherson Garden estate being rented out, therefore it is important to also know the configuration of your unit before being able to advise further.
