Hi,

If there are any outstanding upgrading costs, it will be reflected and deducted from the sale price at completion. Other fees include conveyancing and admin fees, and agent commission for securing the buyer.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

For the lift upgrading fees, it may be paid by the current owner or the new owner depending on the date of invoice. Therefore if the sale is completed before the invoice date, the cost will be borne by the new owners. The invoice will be issued usually 1 year after the upgrading is done.

The other fees which you will incur during the sale process are the HDB admin fees, lawyer fees and agent commission.
