What is the fair market rate psf today for Ardmore II? Last two transactions on caveat in 2012 are at 2570 and 2520, and the psf trend seems to be continually downwards since early 2011.

Would a figure of 2400-2450 be about right?

Ardmore 2 project or project along Ardmore road is one of the best address that you can find in Singapore. Those who is a owner or looking to buy one will not be too concern of the price that they buying into. Most important is the unit good facing and do it fit into their present lifestyle.

If for investment, in times to come. These prices at Ardmore will go up to record high that not hear in Singapore compare to others area. Read More
