BLK 216 121sqm above #10 sold in Jan 2013 @ $710k (Val $640k COV $70k).

BLK 213 121sqm above #10 sold in Jan 2013 @ $688k (Val $628k COV $60k).

BLK 212 121sqm below #05 sold in Aug 2012 @ $595k (Val $565k COV $30k).
