Dear sir,

What is your rationale in the question? Valuation report for landed property will require a fees for the valuer to physically visit the site for assessment on top of comparing to recent transactions of the locality. Market price could simply means a generic price range for the unit without formal valuer. Landed property is the primary segment I am in therefore should you have any requirements, I believe I am in an excellent position to assist you in.

Market price can be compared based on transaction price of similar property in the same area. Valuation report price is given by the valuer after physically visit the property for assessment on top of comparing the recent transactions of similar property in the locality.
