Hi Landlord, thanks for writing to us on AskGuru.

An unfurnished unit comes bare with no furnishings at all, but in many instances, there will be basic features like built-in kitchen cabinets and a wardrobe.

A partially furnished unit will come with some items such as a sofa, bed, television, and fridge.

A fully-furnished unit is ready to move in with all the furniture provided.

Hope this answers your question.

Dear landlord,

Unfurnished - No furnitures will be provided (bed, wardrobe and etc.)

Partial furnished - Minimum furnishings maybe provided however, incomplete for accomodation where tenants may need to bring in their own furnitures to make the house complete and ready for living.

Fully furnished - All general furnitures will be provided as a move-in condition unit.

Different furnishing options will command a slightly different rental rates.

If you require any assistance in renting out your property, feel free to contact me for a non-obligatory discussion.

Thank you.
