What is the difference between EC and Condo?

Hi Paul;
I think what Jason is trying to say is foreigners are not eligible to purchase brand new ECs.Another point to note,EC has Minimum Occupation Period of 5 years,where as for private condo there is no MOP.I have a few new ECs and condos just launched in various part of Singapore.Please feel free to contact me if you would like more info.Thank you.
