Hi,

1) This is defined under URA over the land size to determine an apartment (min 1,000 sqm) and a condominium (min 4,000 sqm).
2) This does not definitely mean that the facilities in an apartment are lesser than a condominium but usually smaller in size.
3) One thing for sure is units in an apartment status are lesser compare with the condominium.
4) The building and facilities ratios are the same for an apartment and a condo.
5) The height of the building will depend on the plot ratio and has nothing to do with the type of private residence.
6) When coming to selling units, they are practically the same.
