What is the definition of Price On Application?

Hi Ms Marsh
Greetings to you. Price on Application simply means that the final price of the house will only be known to developer and eventually released to agents marketing the project very close to date of project launch. This allows flexibility to increase or decrease price , depending on the market trend and demand.

If you are looking at brand new projects which are going to be launched, what Tina has mentioned can be considered the textbook answer, however, I wont be surprised that some of the salesperson who have listed the price as such do not know what it actually means therefore, as a simple guide to your purchasing plans, as long as the numbers fall within or near the price range you have in mind in your purchasing budget, you can opt to make a viewing appointment and discuss about the pricing if you do like the unit.
