Based on transactions in June, you can expect your Valuation to be in the range of $360-$430K, depending on the renovation, condition of your unit, as well as the floor level of your unit.

As for how much COV, it truly again depends on how fast you need to sell, as well as the renovation of the unit. You can expect (based on transactions of 4S units on Street 72) to sell your unit for $400K to $420K.

Hi Ken,

No price bidding war here. I think it is inappropriate that a figure is being quoted for a place without us even seeing the unit itself as much as there is a unit nearby to compare with as I have absolutely no idea on the condition of your unit. If I were to ask you buy a house at certain price without seeing the house itself, would you commit?
