I would like to share with you the most recent transaction at Edgefield Plains in the month of August.

1) Blk 115 low floor, transacted $620k, valuation $580k, COV $40k

2) Blk 117 super high floor, transacted $603k, valuation $565k, COV $38k

3) Blk 114 high floor, transacted $615k, valuation $575k, COV $40k

4) Blk 118 low floor, transacted $598k, valuation $550k, COV $48k

You may want to take this as a guide, but you should be able to fetch about $600k for you unit, COV should be about $40k region.
