If you are looking for small unit at D15, I have one at Melrose Ville, 592 sq. ft., is 1+Study, and Freehold. Est. TOP is mid 2011. Unblocked and no noon sun. Walking distance to Singapore Korean School, so if you are buying for investment, this is definitely expected for good rental.
