You might be able to rent it out for about $3600 to $4200 based on the furnishing options, condition of the house, facing etc.

If your availability period is 1 or 2 months later, perhaps you may wish to start marketing at $3.5k, otherwise $3.3k range is pretty much achievable. The rapid development of CBP has made your project pretty much sought after by the expats, nevertheless, do take note that the salary scheme for expats nowadays is no longer as rosy as before.
