What is the current psf for hdb at bishan ? I want to sell my hdb

Hi,
May I know which side of Bishan are you referring to? The side facing Bishan - Ang Mo Kio Park or Street 12 area? The psf also varies depending on unit condition, locality and facing.
May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

The different clusters of HDB units in Bishan are commanding quite different price range, and the bigger units also have a lower $psf range due to the higher quantum involved.
If it is convenient, perhaps you may wish to furnish more details of your unit in consideration such that we are able to extract out the relevant data for comparison. I know it can sound illogical, but pricing it low does not necessary means it will sell fast as the unit can potentially be located in a low demand area, therefore understanding the market dynamics behind the supply and demand to position your unit will greatly increase the efficiency of the marketing campaign.
