Hi Blur,

The market practice for commission is 2% for selling agent. But another way to do it is by a graduated scheme.

For example,

If your desired selling price is $1m, we can set as follow:

$1m - 2.0%
$975,000k - 1.5%
$950,000k - 1.0%

Once the base selling price is achieved, you would need to pay the agreed commission. By doing this, the agent will work harder to achieve a higher selling price for you.
