Last recent transaction was in Dec. A 1216 sqft unit was sold at $1.058M.

If you are keen to find out about the bank valuation about your unit, probably you can share more information about your unit so I can check out with my bankers.

The last transaction for a similar sized unit at Glendale Park was in December 2014 at $1.058M. Alternatively for a better valuation guide, you could have a bank valuation done.
