Good morning,

Buyers nowadays are more into value for money. If I can get a same sized unit within the same or surrounding projects with a cash difference of $50k to $80k, would I not choose the cheaper unit, given that both units are move-in condition?

Pricing your unit right is the key.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Hi,

It depends on whether the buyer likes your renovation or not.

Recently, I have a buyer paying $80k above market valuation for a renovated unit.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Good day sir / madam

As per your question , It would depend on how much the buyer likes your home renovations , and also depend on how much premium you charging for the renovations . However I dont think the buyer is willing to pay you dollar for dollar for your renovations.

Kindly contact me joanne chia 8333 3327  for a no obligations chat for your property needs .

My charges are 1% commission for exclusive selling rights ( sole agent ) to your condo , or 2% for open listing (many agent) .
