Generally, a typical HDB transaction takes about 3 months to complete, after securing the Buyer.

In terms of timeline for securing the Buyer, it is very subjective and can vary based on many different factors. I have personally sold flats within 1 day, but have also took up to 1 year to sell a unit that was previously marketed for 2 years prior by other agents.

If your unit is affected by the Ethnic Quota, you can expect a longer wait. If your price is realistic and reasonable, it will certainly expedite the process.
