Hi Mrs Sarah, lowest price posted in Property Guru was $605.26psf. Latest 3 transacted prices was 1). $596psf dated 20.2.14 for built-up size 3,778 sq.ft. 2). $582psf dated 28.4.14 for same size and 3). $602psf dated 21.5.14 for the same size. In negotiation, look into the full transaction as early as 2011 will be useful. I got the full data. Happy to discuss in person for study.
