Hi,

A studio is a type of a 1 bedroom unit. A studio has no walls and door seperating the bedroom from the living room. It is very much like a hotel room, where there is a toilet, and the living area includes the bed area.

A condo refers to the entire block(s) and all its facilities such as the swimming pool, gym etc.
