CPF housing grant is a subsidy given by HDB according to your income.
It's not a loan.

Hi Sir/Mdm,
HDB Housing grant is NOT a loan. It is a grant given to buyers who purchase HDB if they are eligible. Different grants with different amount catered to different groups of buyers.
The grant will be directly credited into your CPF OA account to be used to offset the purchase price.
May I know which HDB scheme will you be purchasing under so that I can advise you on the grant amount?
