The price of S'pore's condo is pretty much depeding on the location,number of bedrooms,age of the property etc.Yes,ground floor units comes with private patio.Most of the private condo does not have any restrictions on pets,unlike HDB(only certain breed are allowed).For foreigner working in Singapore,the max bank loan you can get is 80% of the purchase price(subjected to approval by banks).I have a ground floor unit for sale at Loyang Valley(District 18).3+1 bedrooms unit,1981 sq ft with private patio,currently tenanted to expats family until Aug '11.Kindly contact me if you need more info...Thanks
