In the aspect of HDB, nope. Cobroking would mean to introduce buyer to the unit, gaining and additional exposure and hoping to match it up with the prospect's requirement. Hence the buyer agent and seller agent will pay their agent respectively.
In the aspect of private property, the buyer will also introduce their prospect to the unit but will share the commission with the seller agent, in the agreed percentage. Hence it's not necessary 50/50.
