Question is why D22 and D23? It is not easy to advise if you are talking about a district by itself in general as there are different projects in considerations which benefit different households for different reasons.

Since the MRT has commence operations in Bukit Panjang, Upper Bukit Timah area, we have definitely seen a surge in demand in these areas, while D22 has attracted a fair bit of attention too with the development of HSR in the locality.

Therefore it really boils down to your individual requirements. Are there even better options outside D22 and D23 which could be a better fit for you?
