What do I have to pay for a new launched condo? such as commission, stamp duty, COV or any other thing? For example, how much cash do I need to buy 700k condo?

Only 5% of property price is needed in cash, the rest of the property can be paid by cpf and/or bank loan if eligible.

I am marketing numerous new launches properties that suit your budget.

I dont charge commission when serving buyers looking for new launch properties.
