What can we do if owner refuse to refund our 2 months rental deposit. In Sept'12, my husband was relocated overseas and we called agent to inform owner we would early terminate our TA by Jan'13 (we occupied 14 months i/o.TA 24 mths). Agent verbally told us owner understand & we have to pay prorated agent fee as penalty of our early termination. We paid full rental till Dec'12. After we hand-over the house key, Agent said owner refuse to return our deposit. Please help to advise what can we do next. Thanks & regards.
