What can i do cos my tenant refuse to co-operate & help in my PUB-required water loss fixes to the manhole and inspection chamber in my landed house. Contractor needs to shut off the toilets usage for ONE day. I am already giving the family of 4 people, FREE RENTAL for one full month for some earlier inconveniences arranging for earlier contractors visits, repairs etc. They had asked to pay half month rental for June but I had WAIVED 1 FULL MONTH'S RENT OUT OF GOODWILL. Angmoh Husband and LAWYER Chinese wife get very nasty verbally & threatens with the law esp the wife@
