What areas nearest to city can buy 4-rm corner HDB, 6 floor or higher, for 350k (val + COV)? e.g. I know central or "hot"areas like Tiong Bahru or Bishan not possible at this price, but I want to know which areas I should realistically look at that are closest to city and within my budget. Thank you.

Hello Mary,

try Joo Seng road. Its off upper aljunied road. It's relatively close to city. Many buses to city within 30 mins or to nearest MRT within 8 mins. Quiet, cosy and central estate. Prices there are still achievable within your budget.
