Having concierge services is considered a value-added service, the same reason why hotels are providing them for their visitors.

I do not believe there is any strong negativity to this. If you think that you do not need the services, you can always opt not to use them.

Hi Daniel,

Its pretty subjective, but I would say it is a plus point as residents theoretically can expect to save more time and themselves from a lot of hassle, and better services from the appointed concierge services provider can be expected. There could be better ways to meet your lifestyle needs that can be explored. It will create a better living environment versus other condos. However, all these costs will add to the maintenance fees and if the costs are too prohibitive and take up rate low, it might not be useful in the long-run. If you are already paying a good sum to third party companies to meet your lifestyle requirements, it could be a good value-add.
