What are your expert's advice?
Currently, I'm staying in a condo and under mortage. I want to sell and looking for a resale condo in one of these areas: Telok Kurau, Joo Chiat, Mariam Way or River Valley. Budget below $700k, between 600 to 800sqft.
What is the best way? What are the pros & cons?
1. Sell....rent....buy
2. Sell and buy at the same time
3. Buy first, sell later?
4. Any other options?
