Hi Mrs Nandhini, may I suggest 1Suite project. It is about 630k and what's more, the project is a Freehold and just mins to CBD area.

I am looking for investment.I prefer location other than pasir ris,tampines,simei and tanamerah.
I dont mind of any location other than this which means I am not keen on location.I only look for Cheaper price.
