Deferred payment schemes are different for each project, it depends on how developer propose it, hence your question might be too broad.

Deferred Payment Scheme (DPS) was quite common before 2011. Today, DPS is available only after the condominium obtained the Certificate of Statutory Completion.

DPS is attractive to buyers, especially if you are buying for investment. There are some projects offering Deferred Payment Scheme with units available for sale and Peak @ Cairnhill II is one of them.
