Morning Mr. Wings,

Since you have just obtain your SPR status, you are not eligible for purchase of resale HDB unit. For the purchase of resale condo, you will need to look into ABSD of 5%, 20% downpayment (5% cash and 15% CPF), legal and stamp fee, plus a series of misc payment on property tax refund, caveat, etc.
