Cashier order also known as bank's cheque. This is to ensure the receiver able to receive the money without doubt. It is another form of cash except it is only dedicated to specific person.

This is especially useful when you are under-going property transaction, and
(1) the seller/landlord request for it, or,
(2) one or both parties unable to be present, or,
(3) there is a need for real estate salesperson to do the delivery/receivable.

You may get cashier order from any bank with an administrative fee.
