We rented a commercial property under our company name and sublease to another company, with the agreement of not to sublease or misuse the property for any other use. but now we found that they are using the same property for another 6 companies and collecting money from those company for using the address. is this a breach of the contract and we have rights to ask them to vacate the place, if we do so are they able to ask for compensation? need the expertise advice
