We have recently looked the house for rent in block 106 bedok resouviour but the items listed in advertisment on the property guru was not there so agent asked to write those in letter of intent . But later he came up with tenant agreement which does not talk about the items described in letter of intent . Can you please let me know what is legal document should have if amenities is not written in TA and written in LOI which one will take precedence
