Since you have already moved in, isn't it too late for the salesperson to claim commission from you? All commission payable should be finalized before any rental is finalized.
In your scenario where you have contacted the listing salesperson direct from PropertyGuru, if any commission is applicable, you should have already signed the relevant forms and agreements before the finalization of tenancy agreement between landlord and tenant.
