Lengkong Mariam should appeal to a very niche group of tenants, with the location further out in the east, nestled in a very serene and quiet neighbourhood. My team is currently marketing a detached house for sale in Lengkok Mariam and a couple of semi detached houses in vicinity like Jln Kelempong and Jln Batalong East. The price range will be very subjective to individual's appreciation of the unit and location therefore you may wish to work out the asking rental based on your financial plans for a start. Otherwise, you may start looking at $12k per month range for a start and make adjustments based on that. Perhaps I can pay you a visit at the place to do an on site assessment?
