we contacted the agent after seeing the listing on property guru we contacted the agent and went for viewing after the viewing he started asking for agent fee which i think is unprofessional as i believe if i have not hired you why should i pay you and also if you are coming through property guru then you must be owner's agent

Hi, nope all agents will abide by the rules and so it is advisable that you state your stand first about no intention to pay any commission when you contact any agent via the phone.
