we bought a resale flat where the owner has changed his name from abc to abc@xzy. Title deed still remain as abc, is there any complicated issue to complete the transaction? if there is, what is the solution?

Morning Zainin,

Your salesperson and lawyer who is dealing with your case will sort things out with your seller, asking for the relevant documents to substantiate the change of name. Why would you need a solution?

    Because the other is staying oversea and will only come over for the 1st appt and completion. Am afraid that the transaction will not go through because the title deed and NRIC did not show the exact same name.
