Congratulations for nearing the TOP of your unit and receiving passive income soon.
May I know if your unit is a pure studio unit or with single bedroom as it makes quite a big difference in asking rental.
I do understand that pure studio units in Balestier which have just TOPed maybe asking for only $2400 while conventional 1 bedroom unit is looking from $2800 onwards.
