We are singaporean chinese couple with a 8yrs old child looking for a master room with NO OWNER for rent. We need privacy & a quiet environment. Light cooking must be allowed. Rental $1,400 include utilities bills.
If there is a whole unit with NO OWNER, budget $1.7k(max), include utilities bills are very welcomed.
The locations preferred are at Boon Keng / Bendemeer / Geylang Bahru / Kallang Bahru / St George / Whampoa, near to Bendemeer Primary School
Estiamte move in August or September 2014. Long term staying, but start with 1yr contract, subject to extend if both parties are satisifed.
