With $800k your choices of condo will be pretty limited, however, even if you are fine with the selections available, it is more advisable to work out on the financing portion first prior to embarking on any move. With loan regulations being changed recently, there are many consumers out there who are being affected unknowingly and risk having their deposit being forfeited.
