We are planning to buy a resale EC that is more than 5-years but less than 10-years. Can I rent it out immediately after buying?

Hi,
A resale EC (EC that met MOP) is considered a private property to SC & SPR.
All restrictions imposed on buyer by HDB are lifted. Therefore, the answer is 'Yes'. You are allowed to rent out immediately upon purchase.
