We are married SPR, 37yrs old, income S$5.3k. We have S$350k cash, no other loan commitment. We looking to buy 800k to 900k condo. Possible?

How much in your CPF OA .you also need to pay ABSD & stamp duty . I got 1 2 bedroom condo at CCK asking with this price range..

You can looking for banker to do financial calculation , they will let you know what the maximum loan you can get.
