We are Malaysian couple looking for a small unit studio (1 bedroom with attached toilet) with partial furnishing such as (Kitchen of light cooking, air-cond, washing machine and microwave). Other furnitures such as bedroom furnitures will not be necessary as I have my own.
We would prefer area which near the beach road. Our budget is within S$1000 range. Moving in right after Chinese New Year February 2013. We are S Pass holder and professional hotelier. Leasing would require long term lease at least of 1 year. Please assist to find accommodation for us. Would really much appeciate. If you have any unit available, please show us some photos and furnish us with details. We wil be able to go down to Singapore to recce the place.
