We are looking for a advise for new launch vs resale. We will be staying the property for at least 5 years before we sell it. So this are our scenario.
Currently for new launch, we are looking at Normanton Park. We like the fact that it’s brand new and the location is quiet and the lush greenery surrounding. However, we are worrying that there will be an issue for exiting and will the property appreciate giving its location.
As for resale, we are looking at Trilinq. We like there is because of the amenities and larger sqm. We don’t think it will be a problem exit given it location is close to good school and Clementi interchange. What we worried is that will the property continue to appreciate given that fact that it a 5 years old condo.
